We have an international reputation for our teaching and research across applied mathematics, financial mathematics, pure mathematics, and statistics. We have a strong interdisciplinary ethos as we actively collaborate, to enhance our teaching and research, with other schools in the University, as well as with universities and industry around the world. We have just over 1,000 students from over 50 countries studying with us, which makes us one of the largest Mathematics schools in the UK.
