I previously studied at the University of Durham, where I completed my MPhys Physics and Astronomy degree in 2014. My final year project there was on X-ray studies of low-luminosity AGN candidates in nearby optically bright galaxies, under the supervision of Dr Tim Roberts.

I then moved to Leeds to start my PhD with Professor Melvin Hoare. My research utilises coordinated radio, infrared and other multi-wavelength data to characterise the population of the youngest and most compact HII regions in the Milky Way.
