Manager of Workshop Team of 8 Engineers, responsible for time keeping, sickness, wage/hours input, productivity, Staff Reviews and Development, disciplinaries, Team meetings, in-house training courses, job issuing, spreadsheet data input, data collating for upper management, weekly/monthly figures collating, technical repair feedback network to assist front of house customer facing staff/Customer Service phone advisers, management training courses, including SMART Objective training, Team Manager development and Health & Safety/Disciplinary Training.
