I studied at the University of Twente, Netherlands (undergrad) and the University of Cambridge, followed by postdocs at Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh and La Troe University, Melbourne. I have been in Leeds since 2007.
My research interests are mostly in numerical analysis (geometric integration, exponential integrators) and dynamical systems (dynamics on networks, snaking, Evans function).
Any research projects I'm currently working on will be listed below. Our list of all research projects allows you to view and search the full list of projects in the faculty.
My teaching is mainly in numerical analysis, programming, and financial mathematics. I am also involved in the MaGIC system, the year in industry and study abroad.
